iPhone users: write down your 12 words before the next update
SayMatik for iPhone has moved to our company's new Apple developer account. The next iPhone update can't read the wallet data saved by earlier versions, including your password, so you'll need your 12-word recovery phrase to get back into your wallet. Android isn't affected.
How to prepare
Before you update: in SayMatik, open Profile → Show Private Key and enter your password. Your 12 words are in the box under the private key: write them down and keep them offline and private. Only the 12 words can restore this wallet. If automatic updates are on, do this today.
After the update: if the app no longer accepts your password, delete and reinstall it, then tap Import Wallet, enter your 12 words and choose a new password.
We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
